Dealing with daily life issues
At some point in our lives our circumstances can leave us feeling completely helpless. This can happen for a wide range of reasons.
It may be that we feel hopeless ourselves or maybe have concerns about the wellbeing of a friend, relation, colleague or neighbour.
Our mood may be depressed or perhaps we feel constantly anxious. Perhaps we have realised that we are drinking too much alcohol or have a problem with drugs. Maybe we have found ourselves in a violent or difficult relationship and don’t quite know how to deal with it. Our financial situation may cause us to become stressed or maybe we feel lonely and isolated.
Whatever our concerns may be, there are groups and agencies available in the local area to offer support and advice. Some of the most common issues are listed below with links to the relevant help organisations.
At St Bartholomew’s we welcome all people to share in the life of God’s church and seek to offer a place for healing and reconciliation. Please contact the Churchwardens for further information.
